Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DeepToken or using the website, dashboard, API, billing, organization, partner, or gateway services, you agree to these Terms. If you use DeepToken for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Service Description

DeepToken provides a multi-provider AI inference gateway with OpenAI-compatible API access, routing and fallback, model catalog metadata, API key management, organization controls, usage metering, billing, logs, and related support services.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the platform, upstream providers, laws, or security requirements change.

Accounts, Organizations, and API Keys

• You are responsible for keeping credentials, API keys, and organization access secure.
• You must provide accurate account, billing, tax, and organization information.
• You are responsible for all usage under your account, organization, members, and API keys.
• You must promptly rotate keys or notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use DeepToken to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse upstream providers, bypass security controls, or disrupt platform reliability.
• Do not send data to a model provider unless you have the rights and permissions required to process that data.
• Do not scrape, resell, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with DeepToken except as expressly permitted.
• You are responsible for reviewing model outputs before relying on them in production or user-facing workflows.

Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions

Model usage may be deducted from prepaid balance or charged according to your selected plan, pricing table, organization settings, and applicable taxes. Token counts, model rates, routing outcomes, subscription fees, discounts, refunds, and credit adjustments may affect the final amount.

You are responsible for monitoring usage, budgets, auto-recharge settings, and API key limits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

Upstream Providers

DeepToken routes requests to third-party model providers selected by configuration, model availability, and routing policy. Upstream provider availability, latency, output quality, safety behavior, and data handling may vary.

Provider-specific terms, restrictions, and policies may apply to requests and outputs processed through those providers.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to prompts, files, data, and outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law and upstream provider terms. You grant DeepToken the limited rights needed to route, process, secure, meter, log, and support your use of the service.

DeepToken software, interface, documentation, pricing metadata, routing logic, and platform content remain the property of DeepToken or its licensors.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, provider availability, model accuracy, or that model outputs are suitable for any particular use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepToken is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption damages.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, non-payment, abuse, legal requirements, policy violations, or harm to DeepToken, users, upstream providers, or third parties. You may stop using the service or request account closure at any time.
